Patricio is gastdocent in douanerecht aan universiteiten en hogescholen. Hij is onder meer gastdocent voor de douaneopleidingen die door de Douane georganiseerd worden in samenwerking met de Universiteiten van Antwerpen en Luik en hij is gastdocent aan de Erasmus Universiteit van Rotterdam in het programma “Post Master in EU Customs Law”.
